Article 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is dealing with commercial lease contracts, it mainly focused on personal property, as per the UCC, which is known as goods (Miller & Hollowell, 2018). The word goods include machines, transportations, and other goods, this code does not include real estate lease as a good. This Article 2A covers all the laws relating to the commercial lease, for which this Article contained 80 sections to cover the law regarding the lease, and other required rules are situated at Article 1 of the UCC, which deals with general provisions of commercial code (Miller & Hollowell, 2018).
